- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients well until you create a cohesive mixture.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly spray them with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
