Crispy pitas stuffed with a flavorful meat mixture, perfect for special occasions and everyday dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 package Pita bread
- 1 lb Ground meat (beef, lamb, or chicken)
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Mix the ground meat with onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the pita bread in half and gently open each pocket.
- Stuff each pita half with the meat mixture.
- Brush the outside of the stuffed pitas with olive oil.
- Place the stuffed pitas on the grill or in the oven.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Serve with hummus, tabbouleh salad, or tzatziki for extra flavor.
