Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1/2 cup shredded apple
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, shredded apple, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix everything together until well combined. Make sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Place the rolled balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
