Delicious and healthy energy bites encapsulating the flavors of fall with apple and cinnamon.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1/2 cup shredded apple
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, shredded apple, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Mix everything together until well combined. Make sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  4. Place the rolled balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
