- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares, about 3 inches across.
- Place a small spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
- Add a few pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket and seal the edges tightly with a fork.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
- Place the pizza rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
