Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares, about 3 inches across.
  3. Place a small spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
  4. Add a few pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket and seal the edges tightly with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
  7. Place the pizza rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
