Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the steak bites with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the desired doneness is reached.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Toss the cooked steak bites in the garlic butter sauce.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
