Description

Irresistible mini pizza bites that are perfect for parties or snacks, combining crispy edges with gooey cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup of marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, diced bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, etc.)
  • Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Add a small dollop of marinara or pizza sauce in the center of each dough circle.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add your favorite toppings on top of the cheese.
  6. Season with Italian seasoning if desired.
  7. Fold the edges of the dough together to create a pocket and pinch to seal. Place seam side down on the baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  10. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
