Description
Zero Carb Yogurt Bread is a moist, tender almond-flour loaf made with yogurt and eggs soft, carb-free, and customizable.
Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
3 large eggs
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Sweetener or herbs/spices to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×4 loaf pan.
2. In one bowl, whisk almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, beat eggs, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
5. Pour into prepared pan and bake 30–35 minutes until golden.
6. Let cool 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely on wire rack.
Notes
Use fine almond flour for best texture.
Store at room temp up to 3 days, or refrigerate.
Toast slices before serving for crispness.
