Ingredients
8 oz block feta cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1–2 tbsp honey, plus more for drizzling
1/4 tsp black pepper
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh thyme or rosemary
1–2 tbsp chopped pistachios or walnuts
Pita chips, crackers, or veggies for serving
Instructions
1. Add feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, honey, and black pepper to a food processor.
2. Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity.
4. Transfer the whipped feta to a shallow bowl or plate.
5. Drizzle with extra honey and olive oil.
6. Top with pistachios or walnuts, fresh herbs, and red pepper flakes if desired.
7. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add a splash of heavy cream.
Use whipped honey or hot honey for a flavor twist.
