Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed into 1-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced into rounds
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups cherries, pitted and halved
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
Instructions
- Whisk together the agave syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice, lime zest, and finely chopped mint in a bowl.
- Prep your watermelon and berries by chopping the watermelon into cubes, slicing the strawberries into rounds, and pitting and halving the cherries.
- Place all the prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl, and drizzle the dressing over the top.
- Gently toss everything together to ensure the dressing evenly coats all the fruits.
- Garnish the salad with torn mint for additional flavor and color.
