This watermelon kiwi and green grape salad is the ultimate no-cook summer dish. It’s vibrant, naturally sweet, and loaded with hydrating fruits perfect for hot days and festive gatherings.
Ingredients
2 cups watermelon, cubed
3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 cup green grapes, halved
1 tbsp lime juice (optional)
2 tsp honey (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Wash and dry all fruits.
2. Cut watermelon into cubes, slice kiwi, and halve grapes.
3. In a large bowl, combine all fruit.
4. Drizzle with lime juice and honey if using.
5. Add mint leaves and gently toss.
6. Refrigerate 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best served fresh.
