Ingredients

1 tsp basil

2 cups shredded mozzarella


Instructions

1. Mix yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let foam 5 minutes.

2. Combine flour, salt, olive oil, and yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.

3. Let dough rise 1 hour in a greased bowl.

4. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).

5. Spread dough into a greased sheet pan.

6. Top with tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, basil, and mozzarella.

7. Bake 20-25 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbly.

8. Cool 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
