A quick and easy brownie made in just two minutes, rich in flavor and packed with protein!
Ingredients

- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (stevia, monk fruit, or honey)
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 2–3 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Crack the egg into a microwave-safe mug or small bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Add the Greek yogurt and your chosen sweetener to the egg. Mix everything thoroughly until it’s completely combined.
- Sift in the cocoa powder and protein powder to avoid lumps.
- Stir everything together until you have a thick, chocolate-colored batter.
- If you’re feeling indulgent, fold in the chocolate chips at this point.
- Microwave the mug on high power for 90 seconds, keeping an eye on it to prevent overflow.
- Once done, let it cool for about 30 seconds before enjoying.
Notes
Serve warm topped with ice cream or fresh berries. Customize with nut butter or extracts if desired.
