  • Total Time: 3.5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x
  • Diet: High Protein, Gluten-Free

Description

A quick and easy brownie made in just two minutes, rich in flavor and packed with protein!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (stevia, monk fruit, or honey)
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • 23 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crack the egg into a microwave-safe mug or small bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and your chosen sweetener to the egg. Mix everything thoroughly until it’s completely combined.
  3. Sift in the cocoa powder and protein powder to avoid lumps.
  4. Stir everything together until you have a thick, chocolate-colored batter.
  5. If you’re feeling indulgent, fold in the chocolate chips at this point.
  6. Microwave the mug on high power for 90 seconds, keeping an eye on it to prevent overflow.
  7. Once done, let it cool for about 30 seconds before enjoying.

Notes

Serve warm topped with ice cream or fresh berries. Customize with nut butter or extracts if desired.
