Description

This Tuscan Chicken recipe blends creamy sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and fresh spinach, delivering a punch of flavor that’s perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup Basil
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Add them to the skillet, cooking until browned and fully cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  5. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and cook until fragrant.
  6. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and cook for a couple of minutes.
  7. Add the fresh spinach and basil, stirring until the spinach wilts.
  8. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  9. Stir in the parmesan cheese until it melts into the sauce.
  10. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, coating in the sauce.
  11. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter version, consider using half-and-half or coconut milk in place of heavy cream.
