Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
2 cups dry stuffing mix
1/2 cup chicken or turkey broth
1 egg
1/2 cup finely diced onion
1/4 cup celery, finely diced
1 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried sage or poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley for serving
Turkey gravy for dipping (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine stuffing mix and broth. Let soak for 5 minutes.
3. Add ground turkey, egg, onion, celery, butter, garlic powder, sage, salt, and pepper.
4. Mix until just combined—do not overmix.
5. Form mixture into 12–16 balls and place on the baking sheet.
6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and fully cooked.
7. Top with parsley and serve with warm gravy if desired.
Notes
Use leftover stuffing instead of dry mix—just reduce the broth.
Great for meal prep and reheats well.
Try adding dried cranberries for extra holiday flavor.
Serve as an appetizer or over mashed potatoes for a full meal.
