- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon diced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 wrap or tortilla
- 1 slice of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Lettuce or spinach (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the drained tuna with mayonnaise, mustard, diced onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Lay the wrap or tortilla flat on a clean surface and place the lettuce or spinach in the center if using.
- Spoon the tuna mixture over the greens, spreading it evenly.
- Top with a slice of cheese.
- Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the edges.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wrap seam-side down.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Slice in half and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, drain the tuna well and don’t overfill the wrap. Experiment with different cheeses for variety.
