A quick and satisfying tuna melt wrap filled with cheesy goodness, creamy tuna, and a hint of mustard, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 wrap or tortilla
  • 1 slice of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Lettuce or spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the drained tuna with mayonnaise, mustard, diced onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Lay the wrap or tortilla flat on a clean surface and place the lettuce or spinach in the center if using.
  3. Spoon the tuna mixture over the greens, spreading it evenly.
  4. Top with a slice of cheese.
  5. Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the edges.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wrap seam-side down.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Slice in half and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, drain the tuna well and don’t overfill the wrap. Experiment with different cheeses for variety.
