Description
This Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza is crispy, cheesy, and packed with bold flavor perfect for a fun weekend meal or pizza night with family.
Ingredients
1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
1 cup mozzarella sticks or string cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup beef or turkey pepperoni slices
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 475°F and line baking stone or sheet.
2. Roll pizza dough into a 14” round.
3. Lay cheese sticks around edge and fold dough over to seal crust.
4. Spread pizza sauce in center of dough.
5. Top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
6. Brush crust with oil, garlic powder, and oregano.
7. Bake 12–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
8. Let cool 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Try adding mushrooms, onions, or peppers to mix it up.
Freeze extra slices and reheat in air fryer.
Use parchment for easy transfer to stone.
