Ingredients
Mini waffle cones or crispy taco shells
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp powdered sugar or honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Zest of half lemon
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
2 tbsp chopped almonds or granola
Instructions
1. Whip cream cheese with sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth.
2. Spoon cheesecake into chilled taco shells.
3. Top with sliced strawberries and sprinkle with almonds or granola.
4. Serve immediately for best crunch.
Notes
Prepare filling and strawberries ahead but assemble shells just before serving. Use vegan cream cheese for dairy-free version.
