Description
Crispy, golden Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Eggrolls filled with creamy cheesecake and sweet strawberry filling a fun, handheld dessert that’s crunchy on the outside and luscious inside.
Ingredients
8 egg roll wrappers
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 cup diced fresh strawberries
2 tbsp strawberry jam
1 egg (beaten, for sealing)
Vegetable oil, for frying
Powdered sugar, for dusting
Optional: melted chocolate or extra jam for dipping
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
2. In a small bowl, mix diced strawberries with strawberry jam until evenly coated.
3. Lay one egg roll wrapper on a flat surface with a corner facing you.
4. Spoon 2 tablespoons of cheesecake filling and 1 tablespoon of strawberry mixture into the center.
5. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly toward the top.
6. Brush the top corner with beaten egg to seal.
7. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
8. Heat 2 inches of oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
9. Fry eggrolls 2–3 at a time for 1–2 minutes per side, until golden brown and crisp.
10. Drain on paper towels.
11. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with extra jam or melted chocolate for dipping.
Notes
For a lighter version, air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
You can use raspberries, blueberries, or peaches instead of strawberries.
These can be made ahead and reheated in the oven for a quick treat.
