These Strawberry Cheesecake Cups are creamy, fruity, and completely no-bake! Perfect for individual servings, they’re layered with graham cracker crust, fluffy cheesecake filling, and fresh strawberries.
Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp melted butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries (fresh or thawed)
Instructions
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
2. Divide evenly into dessert cups and press down firmly. Chill 10 minutes.
3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
5. Layer cheesecake filling over crust in each cup.
6. Top with chopped or macerated strawberries.
7. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Use fresh or frozen strawberries—just thaw and drain well.
Add lemon zest to filling for a citrus twist.
