Description
This Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding is a no-bake layered dessert made with vanilla pudding, cream cheese, strawberries, bananas, and vanilla wafers. Perfect for parties and make-ahead entertaining!
Ingredients
2–3 ripe bananas, sliced
1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 box vanilla wafers or cookies
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 cups vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
Instructions
1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Fold in vanilla pudding and whipped topping until combined.
3. Layer vanilla wafers at the bottom of a trifle dish.
4. Add a layer of pudding mixture.
5. Top with banana slices and strawberries.
6. Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
7. Top with whipped cream and extra berries.
8. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Make up to 24 hours in advance.
Use fresh bananas to prevent browning.
