Description
Strawberry Banana Bread is moist, fruity, and easy to make. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
2. Mash bananas in a large bowl.
3. Add sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
5. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
6. Fold in chopped strawberries gently.
7. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake 55–65 minutes.
8. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then transfer to wire rack.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chocolate chips or walnuts.
Store tightly wrapped at room temperature for 3 days or freeze slices up to 2 months.
