Description
This Sticky Honey Garlic Sausage Pasta Skillet is a one-pan meal that’s sweet, garlicky, and packed with bold flavor. Perfect for busy nights or cozy weekends.
Ingredients
8 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
12 oz sausage, sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water
1 tbsp butter or oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups chicken broth or pasta water
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
2. In a skillet, heat butter or oil and brown sausage slices.
3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
4. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and cornstarch slurry. Simmer until thick.
5. Add pasta and reserved water. Toss to coat evenly.
6. Simmer 2–3 more minutes. Remove from heat and rest 5 minutes.
7. Top with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use pre-cooked or raw sausage based on preference.
Add chili flakes for heat or cream cheese for creaminess.
Reheat with a splash of broth to loosen sauce.
