Ingredients

  • 200g noodles
  • 300g chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Once done, set them aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken to the pan. Cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic. Cook for about a minute until fragrant, but don’t let it burn!
  5. Add soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar to the pan. Stir until well combined.
  6. Combine the cooked noodles with the chicken mixture. Add sesame oil and mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve garnished with sliced green onions. Enjoy!
