Ingredients

- 200g noodles
- 300g chicken breast, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Once done, set them aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken to the pan. Cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic. Cook for about a minute until fragrant, but don’t let it burn!
- Add soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar to the pan. Stir until well combined.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the chicken mixture. Add sesame oil and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve garnished with sliced green onions. Enjoy!
