Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken turns golden and is cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey or brown sugar, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce into the skillet and toss to coat the chicken evenly.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
