Ingredients

- 8 oz noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles)
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken turns golden and is cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey or brown sugar, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce into the skillet and toss to coat the chicken evenly.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
