  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Sesame oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
  5. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the beef, cooking for an additional minute.
  6. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef, stirring to combine, and let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until the noodles are well coated with the sauce.

Notes
