- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the beef, cooking for an additional minute.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the beef, stirring to combine, and let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until the noodles are well coated with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
Adjust the amount of brown sugar to your taste, and feel free to add chili flakes for extra heat.
