- 1 lb Steak
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 Onion
- 4 Tortillas
- 1 cup Cheese
- 2 tbsp Fajita seasoning
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Sour cream, for serving
- Salsa, for serving
Instructions
- Slice the steak, bell peppers, and onion into thin strips.
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the steak until it reaches desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the bell peppers, onion, and fajita seasoning. Cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon in the steak and vegetable mixture, then sprinkle cheese on top.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with sour cream and salsa for dipping.
