Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Tortillas
  • 1 cup Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fajita seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Sour cream, for serving
  • Salsa, for serving

Instructions

  1. Slice the steak, bell peppers, and onion into thin strips.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the steak until it reaches desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the bell peppers, onion, and fajita seasoning. Cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon in the steak and vegetable mixture, then sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Fold the tortilla in half and cook in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with sour cream and salsa for dipping.
