Description
Crispy outside, tender inside, Spicy Shrimp Patties are packed with bold flavors and a perfect kick.
Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Peel, devein, and chop shrimp.
2. Blend half into paste, chop the rest.
3. Mix shrimp with garlic, chili, lime, cilantro, breadcrumbs, and egg.
4. Shape into patties.
5. Heat olive oil in skillet, cook patties 3–4 minutes each side.
6. Rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with mango salsa or avocado salad.
Can substitute breadcrumbs with almond flour for keto-friendly version.
