Description
Spicy Pineapple Jalapeño Chutney is a tropical twist with bold heat and sweetness. Perfect for grilled meats, tacos, and rice bowls.
Ingredients
1.5 cups fresh pineapple, diced
2 jalapeños, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add onion and cook until soft.
3. Stir in jalapeño and ginger, cook 1 minute.
4. Add pineapple, vinegar, honey, and salt.
5. Simmer for 10–15 minutes until thick.
6. Cool before serving or storing.
Notes
Substitute mango for pineapple for variation.
Remove seeds from jalapeño for less spice.
