Description
Spicy Chili Garlic Deviled Eggs are a bold, creamy twist on a party classic. Easy to make, packed with flavor, and ready in 15 minutes!
Ingredients
6 large eggs
1/4 cup mayo or Greek yogurt
2 tsp chili garlic sauce
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt to taste
Chives, red pepper flakes for garnish
Instructions
1. Place eggs in cold water and bring to a boil.
2. Simmer 10 minutes, then transfer to ice water.
3. Peel and halve eggs, scoop yolks into a bowl.
4. Mash yolks with mayo, chili garlic sauce, mustard, and salt.
5. Spoon or pipe mixture into egg whites.
6. Garnish with chives and red pepper flakes.
7. Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use smoked paprika or hot sauce for extra heat.
Sub Greek yogurt for mayo to lighten it up.
