Description
Soft, golden roll-ups filled with gooey marshmallow, melted chocolate, and a hint of graham cracker crunch an easy, campfire-inspired treat baked to perfection.
Ingredients
8 slices soft sandwich bread, crusts removed
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread.
3. Brush both sides lightly with melted butter.
4. Sprinkle one side with crushed graham crackers.
5. Add a few chocolate chips and marshmallows to one end, then roll tightly.
6. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
7. Mix sugar and cinnamon together; sprinkle over the tops of roll-ups.
8. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and marshmallows are melted.
9. Cool slightly before serving — enjoy warm and gooey!
Notes
Swap chocolate chips for Nutella for a quick variation.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 4–6 minutes for extra crispiness.
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be reheated for 10 seconds in the microwave.
