- 8 oz smoked salmon
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crackers or fresh vegetables for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Use a spatula or fork to mash them together until smooth.
- Add in the smoked salmon, dill, lemon juice, and capers. Mix everything together until it’s well combined and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, giving it a little stir until you achieve the flavor you love.
- Transfer the dip to a serving platter, and voila! You’re ready to serve it with your favorite crackers or fresh veggie sticks.
