  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Allow the shrimp to marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers.
  6. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn opaque and have nice grill marks.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes
