- 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, skin on or off
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Sprinkle the seasoning blend evenly over the tops of the fillets.
- Whisk together the melted butter, honey, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
- Brush half of the glaze over the salmon fillets.
- Bake the salmon for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and brush the remaining glaze over the fillets.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 5 to 8 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
