  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, skin on or off
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  4. Mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning blend evenly over the tops of the fillets.
  6. Whisk together the melted butter, honey, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  7. Brush half of the glaze over the salmon fillets.
  8. Bake the salmon for 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and brush the remaining glaze over the fillets.
  10. Return to the oven and bake for another 5 to 8 minutes until cooked through.
  11. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
