Ingredients

  • Carrots
  • Avocado

  • Soy sauce
  • Lime juice
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Prepare your vegetables by slicing them into thin strips.
  2. Mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, and lime juice to create your dipping sauce.
  3. Fill a shallow dish with warm water and soak one rice paper wrapper for about 10-15 seconds.
  4. Place the softened wrapper on a clean surface. Layer your sliced vegetables and herbs along the center.
  5. Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling and then roll it up tightly.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling.
