Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan to prevent sticking.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine the milk, vegetable oil, and egg in another bowl and whisk until blended.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the quick bread cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack.
Notes
