Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine the milk, vegetable oil, and egg in another bowl and whisk until blended.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let the quick bread cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack.
