1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 carrot, julienned
2 green onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp grated ginger
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sriracha (optional)
1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

2. Add frozen chicken potstickers and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden on the bottom.

7. Return potstickers to the pan, pour sauce over, and toss to coat evenly.
8. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Use any brand of frozen potstickers — chicken, pork, or veggie all work!
For extra heat, add chili flakes or more sriracha.
