- 4 dl Creme fraiche
- 1 dl Finthakket purløg (chopped chives)
- 1 dl Finthakket frisk dild (chopped fresh dill)
- 2 teskefulde Dijonsennep (Dijon mustard)
- 2 teskefulde Friskpresset citronsaft (freshly squeezed lemon juice)
- 2 teskefulde Groft salt (coarse salt)
- Friskkværnet peber (freshly ground pepper)
- 1 kg Små nye kartofler (small new potatoes – cooked and cooled)
- 100 g Radiser (radishes) in thin slices
- 100 g Friskbælgede ærter (fresh peas)
- Dildkviste (dill sprigs) for garnish
- Finthakket purløg (chopped chives) for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the creme fraiche with the chopped chives, dill, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, coarse salt, and freshly ground pepper in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Fold the cooked and cooled potatoes into the dressing gently, ensuring not to mash them.
- Add the radishes and fresh peas, and gently fold them into the salad.
- Transfer the salad to a serving bowl, cover it, and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Garnish with sprigs of dill and chopped chives before serving.
