Creamy, tangy whipped feta spread topped with crunchy pistachios and sweet pomegranate seeds perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients
8 oz feta cheese block (in brine, drained)
4 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp honey
¼ cup pomegranate arils
¼ cup roasted pistachios, chopped
Salt & cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Let cheeses come to room temperature.
2. In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, yogurt, olive oil, and honey until smooth.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt or pepper.
4. Spoon into serving bowl.
5. Top with pomegranate seeds and pistachios.
6. Drizzle a little more olive oil if desired.
7. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use fresh pomegranate seeds for best texture.
For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes or hot honey.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
