Ingredients
8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or cream cheese for a richer dip)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey (plus more for drizzling)
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Pita chips, crackers, or crostini for serving
Instructions
1. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, honey, garlic (if using), salt, and pepper.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
3. Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl or platter and smooth the top.
4. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, chopped pistachios, and fresh mint leaves.
5. Drizzle lightly with extra honey before serving.
6. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices.
Notes
For a tangier flavor, use plain Greek yogurt; for a richer dip, use cream cheese.
