Description
Pistachio Ferrero Rocher Brownies are fudgy, chocolatey, and nutty mini treats perfect for parties or indulgent snacks.
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup chopped pistachios
½ cup chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates
¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch pan.
2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
4. Fold dry into wet ingredients until combined.
5. Add pistachios and Ferrero Rocher pieces.
6. Pour into pan and smooth top.
7. Bake 25–30 minutes until toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
8. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Store in airtight container for up to 4 days.
Freeze uncut brownies for up to 2 months.
Add extra chocolate chips or drizzle melted chocolate for variation.
