Description
Pioneer Woman Pecan Pie Balls are a no-bake holiday treat with pecans, graham crackers, and chocolate coating. Perfect for parties or gifting.
Ingredients
2 cups pecans, finely chopped
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
1. Toast pecans for 3–4 minutes in a dry skillet.
2. Mix pecans, graham crumbs, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
3. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla until mixture holds together.
4. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
5. Melt chocolate in the microwave or double boiler.
6. Dip each ball into melted chocolate and set on parchment.
7. Chill for 30 minutes until firm before serving.
Notes
Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 3 months.
