Description

Delicious chicken wings coated in a sweet and tangy pineapple-teriyaki glaze, perfect for game day or family barbecues.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them thoroughly to coat in the marinade.
  4. Place the coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and toss in any remaining marinade if desired.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, let wings marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
