Ingredients

1 cup canned coconut milk
2 tablespoons lime juice
1–2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
1 cup ice
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
4. Pour into chilled glasses.
5. Garnish with pineapple or mint if desired.
Notes
Use frozen pineapple for a frostier texture.
