Ingredients
1 can (8 count) Pillsbury Grands! Original Biscuits
6 tablespoons butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 tablespoon fresh)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In small bowl, melt butter in microwave for 30-45 seconds.
3. Add minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to melted butter. Stir well and let sit 2-3 minutes to infuse flavors.
4. Open Pillsbury biscuit tube according to package directions. Separate biscuits carefully.
5. Arrange biscuits on prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
6. Generously brush top of each biscuit with garlic butter mixture using pastry brush. Reserve remaining butter.
7. Bake at 375°F for 13-16 minutes according to package directions until tops are golden brown.
8. Immediately after removing from oven, brush hot biscuits generously with remaining garlic butter.
9. Let biscuits rest on baking sheet for 2-3 minutes to set slightly.
10. Transfer to serving basket lined with clean kitchen towel to keep warm.
11. Garnish with extra fresh parsley if desired.
12. Serve immediately while still warm for best texture and flavor.
Notes
Brush garlic butter twice—once before baking, once after—for maximum flavor.
Don’t overcrowd baking sheet—biscuits need space to expand and brown.
Check doneness at minimum time to avoid overbaking and drying out.
Fresh garlic tastes significantly better than bottled minced garlic.
Can substitute any Pillsbury Grands variety—Flaky Layers work especially well.
Store leftovers in airtight container up to 2 days at room temperature or 5 days refrigerated.
Reheat wrapped in foil at 300°F for 5-7 minutes or microwave 10-15 seconds.
Can freeze baked biscuits up to 2 months—thaw and reheat before serving.
Works great with Pillsbury crescent rolls—adjust time per package directions.
