Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the egg yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, chopped pickles, and pickle juice until smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
