Instructions
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the egg yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, chopped pickles, and pickle juice until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
