Description
Mini crescent roll bites filled with a gooey brown sugar–pecan filling soft, buttery, and irresistibly sticky like a tiny pecan pie.
Ingredients
1 (8 oz) can crescent roll dough
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp corn syrup
1 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, mix pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
4. Spoon 1–2 teaspoons of pecan filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
5. Roll up and tuck the ends to keep filling inside.
6. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
7. Bake 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
8. Cool slightly, then drizzle with extra syrup or dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
For extra gooey centers, add a drizzle of caramel before baking.
Use chopped walnuts instead of pecans for a twist.
Best served warm — reheat in the microwave for 10 seconds for that fresh-from-the-oven texture.
