These no-bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls are creamy, sweet, and perfect for quick treats. A crowd-pleaser made in under 20 minutes!
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
Optional: melted chocolate, chopped nuts, shredded coconut
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
3. Add honey and vanilla, then stir in crushed graham crackers.
4. Roll into 1-inch balls using a cookie scoop.
5. Place balls on lined sheet and chill for 1 hour.
6. Optional: Dip in melted chocolate or roll in toppings.
7. Store in fridge until ready to serve.
Notes
You can freeze these for up to 2 months.
To make them gluten-free, use GF graham crackers.
For a low-carb version, replace graham crackers with almond flour and use sugar-free syrup.
