Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 4 cups arugula
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced or chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Combine arugula and sliced peaches in a large salad bowl.
  2. Tear burrata into pieces and place on top of the salad.
