Ingredients

- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 4 cups arugula
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced or chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Combine arugula and sliced peaches in a large salad bowl.
- Tear burrata into pieces and place on top of the salad.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss gently and serve immediately.
