Description

A hearty and cheesy vegetable lasagna that is perfect for a family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups spinach, cooked
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  3. Combine ricotta cheese, spinach, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer three noodles over the sauce, then half of the ricotta mixture, a third of the mozzarella, and more marinara sauce.
  6. Repeat the layers, finishing with a top layer of noodles, sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  8. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
