- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 8 oz Pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the mixture to coat completely, then place it on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring until well combined.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the parmesan crusted chicken over the creamy pasta and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra crispy chicken, consider broiling it for the last few minutes of baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
